We had such a wonderful week! We loved the warm and DRY weather so we spent a lot of time playing outside. We were busy pretty much everyday so there are lots and lots of pics in this post but we promise it will be worth your time :)!
JT is giving his bear rug a big squeeze (a little nibble on the noggin too). He is getting very big! He weighs about 14 lbs. and he is wearing a size 6-9 months even though he is only 3 1/2 months old. He is super happy all of the time (except when he is ready to eat)!
Charlotte was jealous bc we were taking so many pics of JT so she kept getting in front of the camera. We took a pic and posted so she would feel included too. She was my first baby so she is very rotten!

Let me tell you the story behind this art set...Kate received this art set from Haley and Austin for Easter (I guess that is what I get for handing out art sets for Christmas lol). Kate LOVES art and we do a lot of it but I have never ventured into the world of sand art. I was waiting for a nice warm day when we could do this outside but every morning of last week Kate would wake me up in bed holding this giant art set. I felt really bad telling her "not yet" everyday but it rained and rained all week. Finally, last Saturday evening I gave in and said let's do it! We had a BLAST!!! She did a really good job of pouring the sand in and painting with her carrot finger paints! I think we can consider ourselves sand art pros now!

This big guy hasn't been letting me get very much sleep so last Sunday we skipped church and lounged around the house. Since we weren't going in public I dressed him in his Aggie onesie just for all of you Aggie weirdos that we know (and there are quite a few of you) so enjoy this photo bc he is SMU Mustang bound :).
She doesn't share much these days but much to my surprise I walked in the room and JT had this beautiful crown on his head.
Kate insisted that JT and I join her for Sunday afternoon tea!

Monday was the first gorgeous day so we went outside for some much needed spring time sun! I covered our little man bc he is fair like his Mommy.
Kate is all dressed up with no wear to go...oh wait a minute I think Bachi (Pat) is on her way to pick Kate up for a trip to the mall!
Wednesday was another glorious day in the sun! JT was ready to grab the camera!
Charlotte got in trouble for wandering in the road so Kate is teasing her through the window.
I know it looks like Kate is about to drop these eggs on JT's head but she is really trying to show you her chalk eggs and chicks that she got for Easter. And yes, she is wearing a tutu to color on the sidewalk with chalk. You can't see her feet but she has sparkle shoes on too. Nana gave her this tutu for Christmas and Kate is obsessed with it. She wears it around the house everyday!
Even Charlotte couldn't resist a good roll in the grass on this beautiful day!
On Thursday Nana came to visit! We were so excited to see her!!!
Cousin Chelsea sent Nana some Christmas presents for the kiddos so she brought them with her on Thursday. I know Christmas was a while ago but boy was it fun to open presents in April! Here they are posing with their loot! Notice JT has a Wisconsin paci in his mouth. Chelsea lives in Wisconsin so she decided to share a little bit of the cheese state with us southerners :)!
